Caring for Your Grazing Table

We keep all food cool before and during travel to location.
Table or tables must be located in a cool area away from direct sunlight.

Food on the grazing table should be left out for 4hours and then should be disposed of.  Please see Cheese care guide left by your food stylist.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

If you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements/allergies please state these upon booking so we can cater for all your needs.  We cannot guarantee that our platters and grazing tables are nut free.

Tables, Props & Inventory

A suitable table must be provided by the client at the venue.  However, we can provide a table if agreed at the booking stage.  Props to dress your grazing table can also be supplied.

The client must sign an inventory sheet upon completion of set up.  Any lost or damaged equipment/props will incur a charge.  All equipment must be collected by us or returned to HQ by client within 2 workings days.

Plates, Cutlery & Napkins

Wild Fig do not supply plates, cutlery or napkins, unless agreed during the booking stage.

Parking

Onsite parking is required in order for us to unload.  If there is limited or no parking onsite, please do let us know upon booking so we can try to make other arrangements.

Access to Event Location

Wild Fig will need 1 hour to unload and set up ready for the food to be placed and styled.  We will then need a further 1-3 hours to create your grazing table ready for you and your guests. Depending on the length booked.

Travel Charges

We are a UK, Bath based company and travel costs in Bath and local surrounding areas wont incur a charge.  However, events further a field are worked out based on mileage from us in the city centre.  We consider each job on a case by case basis.
